What is a Realization?
A Realization is an effortless moment of understanding: a block is lifted and you see that what you thought was real about yourself is untrue. And what is true is so much better than your previous false beliefs. When this happens in a group setting, it is a transformative, life-changing experience. Having witnesses to mirror your awakening helps solidify the moment for you.
After the Realization, the next step is learning a new way to hold inner conversation. When our self talk refuses either the hype or the slander, we get to live from a new spacious, expanded, unlimited place.
Success and joy are the natural outcomes of this inner consistency. We cannot offer our clients an inner calm that we have not yet experienced. When calm rather than unworthiness drives our work, energy, success, joy and flow are the result.
