Why choose a 1:1 path to freedom?

Some people prefer the intimacy of a 1:1 process where you know you will be fully seen and heard. I love the luxury of deep connections, where we cast aside pretenses to focus on the status of your heart. When suffering is met with awareness, the energy is allowed to transmute into the opposite.  

In my work, we give the mind the respect it deserves for managing and coping and then move on to what offers us a more consistent and steady vibe. My own greatest suffering was in the shocking death of my 39 year old daughter. While I was in the depths of psychological suffering, I discovered  a doorway to a place-like space that is always available after we acknowledge our initial response.  

It is my pleasure to facilitate your doorway to your direct experience of freedom. My work goes beyond mindset practices. Some common issues I work with are: freedom from Imposter Syndrome, transmuting fears of judgment, reversing the stress from belief of not being enough, stepping outside the looping pattern of repetitive thoughts and feelings of rejection and lack of appreciation. It is a joyful experience to turn around these seemingly fixed narratives. 

I call myself a Oneness Coach, because I found a Oneness connection with life, no matter what is happening outside me. My realization came during the worst time of my life: the death of my daughter. What does Oneness mean in practical terms? To me, it means participating fully in the ups and downs of life, while always being able to return to contentment. Contentment in this case means the absence of suffering, even when what happens is not our personal favorite.
